He also served in the Industries in Senior Positions for 6 years and shifted to the field of education in 2006 as the Director of an MBA Institute at Mumbai. He was also the Founder Member and Chief Adviser of another MBA College at Mumbai. He was involved in Establishing Primary Schools in Remote Areas of India since 1975, during his service in the Indian Army. His qualifications include, MA in Economics, MBA in Materials Management, LLB and Ph.D in Operations Management. He is , at present, serving as The Chief Adviser and Faculty Member of Podar World College, Mumbai affiliated to the University of London and University of Wolverhampton, UK, for last 10 years.
